PubFoldCheck errors

I'm installing Exchange 2003 and when I run the ADC tools on the new server, i get the following error message.\

Error: PubFoldCheck detected an error while performing Public Folder DS/IS Consistency Adjustment on the Exchange 5.5 server. Check the Windows Application Event Log on that server for details.

I check the windows app event log, and there are no errors listed. Can anyone help?
