Hi All,

I am wondering how can I find out which trunks are working on the a NEAX2000ivs.
There are 3 units stacked under each other in this order.
3
2
1

In the second unit I saw a few 4COTA and 4 COTB and 1 4COTA on in the third unit.
Currently there are 8 analogue trunks lines that are used to call an recieved.

I know the that the first connector belongs to LT) to LT2, second Connector LT3 to LT6 etc.
I checked the data listup but can't figure out which trunk is connect to which unit
Does anybody have an idea?

Thank you in advance

Looks like you have 13 analog trunks terminating to an attendant console during the day, and ringing at extension 4000 at night.

Hi Belevedere,

Thank you for your quick reply.
Question where did you see that the calls end at extension 4000 and the amount how trunks?
Also how can I determine where each trunk line is used on the connector and also mounted on which chasis?

I cannot help you with locating the trunks. For that you need a butt set and some time to ID the circuits, then trace the cross connects.
In your list out, CMD 3000 places the trunk into a trunk group. In your case, trunks 0-13 (14 trunks total) are in group 0.
CMD 3002/3 determines how the trunks terminate to the system. 14 = ATTCON, 04 = DIT. CMD 3004/5 defines the destination of the DIT. In your case, 3005 is set to extension 4000, which might be your VM/AA pilot number.

Ok, I understand how to see the trunks now.
If a trunk card for example is on the second unit between slot LT3 to LT6, does it mean that the connector LTC2 has the a trunk line on it?
Not talking about the patch panel.

Ok, thanks Belevedere
We found the trunks lines, seems 8 are working and the other 5 where closed of by the provider, due to the other company that shared the pbx, moved to a new location
