I have a .PPS file that i created in powerpoint, that has 6 slides. On the first slide is .09 sec soundclip (located on a networked drive) that is set to loop, and stop playing after the 6th slide. The timing between slides is not of any concern.
The presentation works great when i emailed it to my co-workers, They open the file and it starts playing and the sound loops over and over until the presentation is ended.
I put this presentation on our intranet site and when i click the link the presentation opens in an IE window and the sound starts playing, but as as soon it goes to the 2nd slide the sound stops.
I noticed that it appeared like IE was like loading another page for each slide.
My question is...Is it possible to have a looped sound play through multiple slides in a .pps that is being viewed through the web browser, or does IE treat each slide as a new "page"?
Thanks in advance to any one who can help.
Brian
