Hallo,
on our feature access codes there is an entry for "Personal Station Access (PSA) Associate Code" and "Dissociate Code". When I try to put lets say "*3" there, it says: "*3" Personal Station Access (PSA) feature not assigned. How to assign it?
Thank you and have a great weekend!

Hello,

It looks like your switch is not authorized for this feature (it is a customer option).
You'll have to contact your supplier or Avaya to buy the feature and have it enabled.

Cheers,
Nico
