PS8 NT process scheduler - configure as service

I'm trying to setup PSNTSRV.EXE to automatically startup process schedulers on NT. PSNTSRV.EXE references a configuration file called PSNTSRV.CFG. This CFG file only has 3 parameters; database, description, and app domain. How does it know which PS_HOME you running against?
