Whenever I try the function prtinfo(2)the return value is -1 and if I try to use the print setup menu I receive an error message in HPZ9XD05.drv and fpw26 is closed. The same happened using the HP 656c driver. So that I can't use the printer and FoxPro. I'm using WIn ME and FPW 2.6a. Any suggestion?

prtinfo() and hp deskjet 3420

Believe it or not, it could be a screen resolution or driver issue. For an experiment, try changing the screen resolution to a lower one. Also, try using an 'older' print driver. Something like HP Laserjet 4 or 4+. They seem to work a lot better with older versions of Fox.
