Proxyconn stops working with Opera

Each time I disconnect from the Internet, Proxyconn stops working with Opera and Mozilla, but not with IE. Repairing Proxyconn (a menu option in Proxyconn) makes it work again. Is there any solution, such as entering a permanent localhost/port proxy setting in Opera? Is there a batch file I could run to automatically repair Proxyconn each time I disconnect?
