Symantec AntiVirus gateway is an excellent e-mail gateway that can scan e-mails for viruses and content, and clean, quarantee, block, or re-direct based on a variety of settings you can change to your business needs. IT also has internal code to handle some black lists for blocking hackers and other spam forwarding attempts. We use it and have been very happy with it.
