Proxy server not returning web site - flash

Hi,

I have a user who needs to log into a web site - it is a flash site. the address is

http://www.wintoncapital.com.

the user can access the front page and login but then he has logged in the left hand panel comes back blank and will not show - even after refreshing.

if i remove the user from the proxy server the site works fine and he can login. the site is not blocked and i even tried putting on a rule making it a safe site.

what can i do?

What are in ISA logs in context of this issue? Did you look at them?

Which logs to I need and how do I get to them?

Dont know much about ISA Server...

ISA Logs which can be observed from ISA console. Put the correct filter and see the client traffic. Any weird messages?
