Proxy blocking application

I'm using sbs2003, with ISA2000. I have proxy enabled to help on bandwidth since the same websites are normally used. I'm trying to get Frontpage working but i'm having issues. I make the connection to the website and the user/password box displays. I enter the correct information and then it hangs. I can enter the same info to the website from outside the network and it works fine, so it must be an ISA or Proxy issue. Just not sure where or what to check on, suggestions?
