We have an IronPort Web security appliance and have it setup to use NTLM authentication. The problem we have is that users will be surfing the web and then get blocked with re-authentication required. Has anyone seen this kind of issue before and know what the cause is and how to resolve? Its annoying to have to open a new browser session to force a reauthentication.
