Hi, i want secure my network but i don't know the protocols used by S8300 & G700 AVAYA. If any body know these protocols please help me !!!!

Protocols used by S8300 & G700 ????

Kind of a trick question...
If the S8300 is an LSP, it uses protocol H.248 for signaling to the main processor.
If you're talking about IP Telephones talking to the S8300, the protocol is most likely H.323 (although there is a REMOTE chance you could be using SIP...but highly unlikely...)
For administration to the S8300 you'll need the following open:
Telnet (Port 23)
FTP (Port 21)
HTTP (Port 80)
HTTPS (Port 443)
ASA (Port 5023)
JavaScript (Port 22)
