Protection WORD file

Hi, i have this problem with Word.

I have one WORD file in my server. The folder's file is in read-only for the users of my company.
But if the user write and change the contents, print the file and later do not save the file the damage there is.
if not possible how in Excel protect my file from the change?? (Block the key-press)

Require a password to modify a document:

On the File menu, click Save As.


On the Tools menu in the Save As dialog box, click General Options.


In the Password to modify box, type a password, and then click OK.


In the Reenter password to modify box, type the password again, and then click OK.


Click Save.
