I dont know if anyone has come across the following problem. Whenever I try to access the properties of a printer I receive the following message. Function address 0x77f83cc3 caused a protection fault. (exception code 0xc0000005). Some or all property pages may not be displayed. Once I o.k the message I am told the printer driver is not installed. I have tried re-installing printer several times now and still same error. Also upgraded to service pack3, still no luck. Have searched this site and technet but have not come across anything. Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated.
