Proper stop services order

Does anyone know the proper order to shutdown Exchange 5.5 services on a Windows NT server?

I know the start (services) order, but what is the stop (services) order?

Simply stop the Exchange System Attendant. This service will then stop the Exchange services in the correct order so you do not have to worry about it.
