How can i disable the "prompt language" in the Mitel 3300 ICP after a mailbox transfers the call?

Not quite sure what you mean, but go to Voice Mail, System Settings and there's a form called "Voice Mail Prompt Language Assignment" where you can turn off bilingual prompt language?

Hi, I think you meen the voice that is after the personal message? You use the administrators mailbox to solv this and then edit the VM box and use a technican function code. More information about this can be found in the Help in your system, look for mailbox greetings.
