Currently, when we dial an external number, the number just flashes on the screen, and then the Trunk Group name appears, and remains on the screen for the duration of the call. I could have sworn there was a way to either prolong the length of time the dialed number stays, or change it so that the dialed number stays up permanently. My ideal situation would be to leave the dialed number up for about ten seconds, then switch to the trunk group name.

Prolong time dialed number displayed?

On page 1 of your trunk group there is an option that reads "Outgoing Display?" If set to "Y" then the Trunk Group Name will display. If set to "N" then the number should remain displayed. Try changing it to "N".
