Project server 2003 document check in does not render

I have project server 2003 up and running. Everything seems to be working, however on a computer running XP with service pack 2 loaded on it, the document check inpage does not display. It displays correctly on other computers running XP, but not with SP2. My project server site, is a trusted site, and the security has been set to low, with every option enabled.
