Project 2003 Install resources

Guys, I am looking for something other then the MS guides to installing Project server 2003. I have found it to be very lacking in certain places and I was wondering if anyone has found any good books, websites, guides, etc... for installing and configuring Project Server 2003.

Side note - the server will run Win 2003, SQL 2000, Sharepoint, and Project Server 2003.

The technical content for the MS Installation lacks nothing (I've used it successfully on a number of occasions).

The business content is a different matter. Your business and project management processes are likely different from all other businesses. You will need to do considerable research to determine appropriate settings, security, permissions, etc.

Judging from the way you have asked your question, I recommend you look for a consultant who can guide you through the process. You should be able to get a "proof of concept" setup installed and configured in about 5-6 weeks.

Actually I have used there documentation some what successfully. I already have POC setup and running. I am looking for more in detail descriptions of permissions throughout the entire structure and I have found the Documentation lacking in those details. As for the consultant, we have worked with them in the past and they are worthless if you have something different from the Microsoft Management process. Any customization and they fall by the wayside.

Anyway, back to the original question, do you or anyone else out there have any other documentation that is not MS generated. Preferably, personal experiences...
