There is a Que Special Edition book for Progress V8, I don't know if there is one for V9. There are also books by White Star that are very well respected which you may be able to track down. One problem with Progress is that it is becoming a collection of technologies so where once it was straightforward to point at the programming handbook and reference guides and say "it's all in there" it is now a case of drawing knowledge from a number of areas. There are a number of websites with knowledge on specific advanced areas, but it is generally more technical than aimed at a learner. Unfortunately "Progress" is a bad keyword for search engines, so try adding V8, V.8, V.9 etc or search for a particular Progress technology name such as "AppServer", "SmartObjects" or "WebSpeed" to find Progress-related websites. It is important with Progress to decide/understand which technologies you will be using, as the core language has been extended in a number of different directions to support the different technologies and the way that you write programs is totally different.
