Progress Bar in a Statusbar.panel 1

Hi Folks

I've written myself a Web Browser with status bar which has three panels

does anyone know how I can insert a progress bar in one of the panels which will load and display the progress of a website as it loads?

Also, does anyone have a clue how I can change the text in panel("Status") everytime the mouse hovers over a link in the web-page?
