Programs that ask for premission to access the web? 1

Hi,

I've rencently had a few programs attempt to access the web lately. Luckly my firewall is now working better and I'd like to know what these two programs are. If anyone knows please tell me what they do and why they now want access to the web.

ViewMgr (ViewMgr.exe) - tries to connect to IP 63.136.28.73

also

Run a DLL as an App (Windows\RunDll32.exe) - Did not record were it is attempting to connect to.

This all started when I shutdown the firewall and forgot to restart it before accesing the net.

I can remove both from the start up command menu, but will this lead to system problems?

I am currently running Win98 1st ed.
