If you're on a Unix or Linux machine, you can do
perldoc perl
and get a whole list of perl "manuals" that come with perl on specific perl topics - one of them is "perlstyle". So then by doing "perldoc perlstyle" you can see the perl manual for style. I'm not sure this is what you're looking for, but it might be a start.
