Option 11C - My customer has some clients who are direct forwarded out of their system using ACDN's. They have just implemented Long Distance codes from their provider and I need to find out if there is a way to program a pause or 2 and the LD code in the NCFW of the ACDN.

Any ideas?

Thanks in advance!!

When the digits are outpulsed they are all sent at once. You may be able to program a * in the call foward target dn, but since all are outpulsed the far end has not answered yet, so following digits are not sent to them (LD provider).

Also look at using DMI or maybe even a Speed Call List. Not sure if either will take a pause but it's worth a shot.
