I am trying to program a Network Alchemy/Argent Office. I am not very technical so I'm struggling with this.
I have two things I am trying to achieve as follows:
1. Main group rings two extensions between 9 and 5 Monday to Friday. If no answer divert to external call centre. Outside of these hours use Voicemail.
2. The ability to dial into the unit from my mobile and get a dial tone to ring out so clients get my system CLI rather than my mobile.
As this may take some time/effort I am prepared to pay for help subject to satisfying myself of someone's credentials.
