I am trying to program a Network Alchemy/Argent Office. I am not very technical so I'm struggling with this.

I have two things I am trying to achieve as follows:

1. Main group rings two extensions between 9 and 5 Monday to Friday. If no answer divert to external call centre. Outside of these hours use Voicemail.

2. The ability to dial into the unit from my mobile and get a dial tone to ring out so clients get my system CLI rather than my mobile.

As this may take some time/effort I am prepared to pay for help subject to satisfying myself of someone's credentials.

I don't think a lot of the members here even know what a Argent office is.
There are two improtant things to know : what version and what hardware ( base system, expansion modules, lines etc. )
Point 1 is no problem, point 2 is only possible if you have a VMPro server.

If point 2 is mandatory then you need to buy a IP500v2 with a 9.0 essential lic and the necessery hardware for the phone/lines.

For point 1 you can send a config to avayalogsatgmxdotcom and I will reply with the necessery changes and a explanation free of charge.

A Maintenance contract is essential, not a Luxury.
Do things on the cheap & it will cost you dear
