Programing a M3905 2

Can you program a M3905 to act like a M3904 in that you can use the handset and handsfree freature the same.

a 3905, at least the ones i've seen does not have a handset. headset only like the old 2216

John, the little cover comes off of the 3905 and it can act like a 3904, it has a cradle and everything on the top left side, that cover snaps off.

I have taking the part off that reveals the hook switch but the system see the hookswitch off hook even when the hookswitch is down. It acts this way when in a port program for a M3905 or M3904.

I'm almost positive that the 3905 set, like the old 2216 acd sets does not support Hands-Free. There is a Handset hardware package for the 3905, even though there is a craddle under there. I do not what the handset hardware package will do for set features.
