Programing a button to intercept calls for a group IP406

Hi,

I want to Program a button to intercept calls for a group.
The problem is : now I have to make a new call and type *31 to intercept a call.

I am using phonemanager "voip license" on 20 pc's with GN Netcom headsets. For the moment we don't use handsets except one.

In the program I have transfer, call, conference buttons but no intercept buttons. To intercept I have to make a new call and type *31

Go to the "Speed Dials" tab in Phone Manager. Create a new Speed Dial and put the shortcode *31 as the no and name it Pickup or something like that. When the group starts ringing, click on this speed dial and it will anwer the call.
