I have 2 programs that do not display properly. The windows comes up with only the top left portion of it being displayed. The amount of the window being displayed sometimes varies and sometimes opens properly. Neither one of the programs have handles on the side or corner of the window for me to resize them, so my only option is to exit the program and try again to see if it will be sized properly. I have tried applying windows service pack 4 to this machine, but it does not seem to help.
