Program watcher? 1

I'm looking for a program which will 'watch' another program. We will call the watcher program A, and the watched program B.

Program A needs to watch what Program B does, what files it modifies, what files it even looks at, what registry entries it modifies, and what registry entries it looks at.
Program A also needs to record any files which are deleted.

I've seen several install watch programs out there, but none of them can check and see what the installer is LOOKING at. The install watch programs simply do a complete HD and registry scan before the install, and after the install, and print out the differences.

Does anyone know of a program that can actively monitor another program?

You might depending on your need require regmon, filemon and the process explorer.

These a part of the terrific freeware suite of tools from Winternals/Sysinternals.
