Program to create dial up networking connectiom

I am probably in the wrong forum but I hope someone can help. I have no programing experience but I want to create a script or program that can create a dial up networking connection to our remote access server rather than going to everyones laptop i want to create a program to distribute through e-mail that will create the connection.

Any help would be appreciated
