Im trying to delete a Resume program. I used the conventional means of Uninstallation and after reinstalling the program , its still retaining information that was used previously. I also tried deleting all registry entries for this program. I need the program fresh on the system , but seems to be a directory or file thats preventing this to happen , and the file is contributing to a error problem im getting. Help!

Look at using Safe Mode as a means to removing this software. You could also try cleaning out all your Temp files.
What type of information is being retained?
There are third party programs that monitor installation and setup of software and report what Registry Keys and Files changed during the setup process.
