program for keeping files sync between computers? 1

I have 2 computers and a laptop, and need something to ease the pain of updating favorites, address book, documents, you name it, on the other 2 computers(I usually work on one and need to other 2 to sync up with my main one). If there is a program that could help me with this, please help me out .

Use "Briefcase" that comes with windows. That's exactly what it is designed for.

I have tried briefcase, but when i click update, it says file is up to date, but it isn't, how do i map briefcase on my laptop to watch a file on my desktop computer?
