Is it possible to program calls coming into the main number (a 2250 Attendants Console - "0"), to be redirected to the company voicemail directory after 6 rings? This would be the Night Service Voicemail prompt.

If so, how do I do this and in what LD is this programming performed.

Thank you in advance.

After some additional thinking, : ) what I really would like to do is a "Busy Call Forward" to the night auto answer directory.

I'm not even sure where to find the auto answer directory.

Thanks again and know that I sincerely appreciate the help that I receive from this forum. I know it is difficult to answer novice questions as it seems commonplace to the more experienced of you all.

Thank you again

i would need the book for this one, the att has a ovdn, which should work but setting the timer to 6 rings would/could be a problem. look at the att data, if no one chimes in i'll help find it in the book
