I looking for the best way to remove user profiles from machines I would like it to check by use of the profile and remove after X amount of days of not being used

Key
/Q Quiet, no confirmation.

/I Ignore errors and continue deleting.

/P Prompts for confirmation before deleting each profile.

/C:\\computer_name
Delete profiles on a remote computer.

/D:Number_of_days
Only delete profiles that have been inactive for
'X' Number of days (or greater)

/R Delete roaming profile cache only ##


Example: Delete profiles inactive for 14 or more days:

delprof /D:14

Does Delprof offer this option that is available using a manual deletion of a profile?

No. You are referring to deleting a User Account, rather than deleting a user profile. Delprof does the latter, including by date of last activity as the original poster asked.
