Profiler TextData column is NULL

Running a trace in Profiler, I see the longest duration corresponds to TextData column = NULL. I'm talking like 10 min duration.

At first I suspected those are system spids, but there's an application name in LoginName column. Then those that have actual statements in TextData have normal duration (several mlsec)

Any ideas?

It seems to me that you are not using the correct TEXT, nTEXT, Images functions on your querys
