Whilst logging laptop running win 2K into NT4 domain, keep getting messages such as "Windows cannot create temporary profile directory...access denied" 30 secs of timer then, "windows cannot loadusers profile, logged on with default profile for system" 30 secs timeout again. This is while logging in as administrator. No drives get mapped, no normal desktop or start menu shortcuts !!
I am able to browse and see all the network and even if i restore all shortcuts and drive mappings, after logging out and in again, they have all gone again..Any takers ??
