Profile Location

Im trying to set up profiles so that when a new profile is created it goes
to a specific directory. i.e instead of going to c:\documents and
settings\username i want it to go to somewhere else. I have tried a couple
of things but to no avail. Has anyone done this or can anyone help me out.
