Profgen and Exchange 2003

We are looking to migrate to Exchange 2003 from exchange 5.5 in the near future, with the clients running Outlook 2003 on windows XP Pro.

I was wondering if you are able to use profgen on the clients in an exchange 2003 environment or if there is an alternative as we are not looking to use roaming profiles

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated
