HI,

I think I put most of what I need in the subject title.

However basically I would like to be able to make reports with photos diplayed that are linked from an archive on a shared network drive.

Then send these html reports as emails (in HTML) displaying the linked photos.

It should be easy right?

I created a database to do that see (This is a small version of a Monster I created with Access, that catalogues hundreds of rolls of film for an Engineering projetc I worked on.
I do a directory *.jpg to file, import to Access then run a report that looks like this (all Access Labels, except the fields displayed, not Save As HTML)
(Hint CHR(34) is the double-quote needed to create the exact syntax)
Actually the <TR> lines are calculated for every x number of Printed details to make rows.
[Report Header of report design]
<HTML>
<BODY>
<TABLE WIDTH=600>
[Report Detail]
<TR>
<TD VALIGN=&quot;MIDDLE&quot; BGCOLOR=&quot;#00ffff&quot; HEIGHT=96><P ALIGN=&quot;CENTER&quot;>
<A HREF=&quot;bestdog.jpg&quot;>
<IMG SRC=&quot;bestdog.jpg&quot; BORDER=0 WIDTH=80 HEIGHT=80></A>
</TD>
</TR>
[Report footer]
</TABLE>
</BODY>
</HTML>

....
etc.

Thanks, it isn't quite what I want to do for this project, but it has given me an idea:)

Cheers
