We are trying to receive in 120 byte records through Procomm v4.8, but it truncates the records to 80 bytes - any ideas?

Procomm truncates records upon receive

How are you receiving the file? Via a file transfer or displayed on screen? If the latter, you can increase your screen width for some terminal emulations to 132 characters by choosing the Options | Data Options | Terminal Options menu item in Procomm.

What type of file are you receiving? I don't see any Zmodem settings that would relate to the record length, so I'm not quite sure what could cause the truncation at this point.

It is a flat file fixed length fields/records.
