processing html files

i have a file book.html

that file, open it through internet explorer that image (book) open and close it continuosly, but vb unable to do this.

how to solve this

Use a webbrowser control?

Add a WebBrowser control to your form then use:
WebBrowser1.Navigate "c:\mypath\book.html"
