process to load excel data into oracle table

Anyone give me steps to load data from excel sheet to oracle table.

1) Export excel sheet to CSV file.
2) Load CSV file to Oracle with SQL*Loader
-- or --
2) Create External file

Otherwise use M$ Access or purchase a utility.

I agree.

I always used csv and SQLLDR now and I find it really fast and really convenient.
