Hi There:

I know that first answer I will get is check the threads, however I have and can't find what I'm looking for. The problem is when making an invoice with a tax of 6 % the higher the amount before tax the bigger the tax difference.
In my table I have a field for 17.5%,6% and 0% in my report I use the following =Sum([SumofBTW6]*1,06-[SumofBTW6]). with small amounts it works fine but let's say with €3.707,60 I get €182.50 when it should be €182.47. Thanks before hand.

Hi Dawnd3:

Thanks Dawnd3 but I get a syntax error, something to do with a comma? I tried placing different brackets but to no avail.

Thanks Cosmiccradle

Dawnd3:

Seeing that the dealers seems to round off downwards when it comes to taxes, I've decided to use in my report 1.05999 instead of 1.06, this gives me the needed €182.47 instead of the €182.50 that I get with 1.06 with the subtotal of €3041.60. My calculations were correct in the first place. There's no way to reach €182.47 if I use 1.06.
Thanks for your time.
