Procedures ask user a question!

Hello!

I have my universe built but there is one specific report that needs a procedure to run first. I know i could select the procedure instead of the universe but i wouldn´t like to do that,

My question is, is there a way i can ask the user whether he wants to run the procedure or not...

Could i use a VBA? how could i do this?
