Procedure to restore a single table using rman

Hello, does anyone had a procedure or howto on recover
a single table from a rman backup? i belive it has to be something with setting a clone DB. but i was unable to find such information on the internet or docs , a url with examples would be great!
i'm using oracle 8i, just want to had that information before is too late :)
