Problens with Caller ID

Hello
I'm having some problems with the caller id, and I would want to know if you can help me.

Until a few days ago we had a client who had caller ID working perfectly.
But it stopped working.
Where can I configure this function ?

go to lines settings , analog options, set trunk type to loop start iclid

analog trunks?
make sure you are not using 8.0.(older than 44)because they have had issues that are fixed in .44
