At our office, all Office applications are being installed with use of a snappshot-application. Unfortunately, when a second (third, etc.) person logs in on a machine and starts up Word97 from the Novell Application Launcher, the following error message will be received: "cannot wite memory. Access denied." When the default user logs in again, no error message appears when Word is started up from the NAL.
We use Windows2000 desktops with Novell.
Is it possible that any personal settings of another user can't be written in the registry?
Hopefully, any person can help me!
Thanks in advance,
Erwin Wolters.
