Hi all,

I recently installed a HP Storageworks DAT 72 drive[/color red] on a Windows 2000 Server.

When i use the Computer Mangament console and open the Removable Storage Management (RSM) section it shows the device "Hewlett Packard DAT72 Drive" but in the section "media" of the device is says that there is no tape in the drive. But there is a tape in the drive. With HP Tools everything seems to work fine and there you can see that the tape is realy loaded!

When i want to use ntbackup to backup to the HP device it doesn't seem to recongnize the tape.

Can anybody tell me what to do?!

Regards

Ferdy
