Problems with TelStrat Application Line Card (TALC) in 61C

I have several TelStrat's integrated Digital Voice Recorder (iDVR™) solution utilizing the TelStrat Application Line Card (TALC). A have a few sets that when the record key 14 is pressed it intermittantly won't record. Also if it does record, after the hanging up, the key will flash and not go out. Any ideas?
 
that may be a little bleeding edge for most of us. i haven't heard of that app. what is the intended use of that setup.. btw, anytime i see a feature that i can't force with software, i assume that i can't unprogram it either and look at a needed patch

Check your firmware release on the TALCs. We had some similar troubles originally and the update fixed them. I think we're currently running 1.03.07. I don't know if that's the latest & greatest.
 
Thanks, Ill check the firmware. They have been flashed once but, I don't recall the version.
