Hi
Hope someone can help? I am connecting Sip lines through gamma to the ip office. When I make an outbound call it connects, and if i was to ring the ddi's straight back it will also connect.
If an outbound call is then not made within five minutes when i try and dial the ddi's i get message the message"invalid number".
I have spoke to gamma who said its to do with the session timeouts on the draytek router. The It guy on site said they is no timeout options to set on the router for port 5060.
Has anyone had this before? If so how did you cure the problem? or does anyone know how I can prove its either the router or Gamma?
Cheers Nick
